The hotel was a total game-changer! The facilities were clean and usable, surpassing our expectations. The staff were incredible, allowing us to change rooms. The location was perfect for us, with a lively atmosphere and attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delightful and there was even a bus stop nearby. Superb!

The hotel is not around the train station, 2 bus stop and one stop by metro from Termini. We need to buy Roma pass to travel around anyway, so this is not a problem to us. On the other hand, it stays in a comfort aread and not noisy like train station. Less than 60 EUR per night in a four star hotel in Roma is definitly worth of money. The price proabably is only availabel during winter season. The hotel is decorated in old Roma style, which is very good.
The wifi signal is very weak in the room. I need to bring my laptop to the ground floor resting room. And the internet bandwidth is poor. It took 1 min to upload a 2M photo. The breakfast is not good. There are too many different sweet cakes. No other options.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, being close to the main attractions, as well as having plenty of restaurants and bars around. We also found a fantastic market just around the corner, where we could explore different types of food.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Good location- 15 min. walk to Termini, hotel looks like luxurious, espessially lobby holl and restaurant (marble, gold ets), enough big room-15m2.
The hotel is not comfortable:the toilet and bathroom (equipment of the shower and toilet) is bad condition. When I took shower the water want to a room . We had bad smell in the bahtroom. Breakfast was wery poor- only sweet , no edds, porridge and sausage (mayby to get for extra paid-2,50 euro for skrambled edds),

Very frendly staff, comfortable and stylishly furnished interiors, good location
It would be desirable to mention only one moment - too many cakes and not enough cheese, there is no ham and eggs at all

Staff were friendly and welcoming; decor is spectacular; location OK (not special)
The showers (in the 2 rooms that we and our friends used) were in a very poor state - surprising given that the rest of the facilities were so good and high quality; TV was poor - reception/channel selection

The location of the hotel is central and perfect for exploring the city with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast was a good start to the day and included a variety of fresh options, such as pastries and cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and provided us with a helpful map and information about the local buses.

The wifi are not working during my two nights stay, which are very important for me.The TV program are rare and the only understood English program BBC is not going fluently. There is almost no entertainment in Room, which made me disappointing. The staff in the hotel are not likely to resolve the problem, they said they had nothing to do right now , because it is Sunday.

The high quality and opulent decor of the hotel was a distinguishing feature.
Brief water failure and internet failure for 24 hours.
